Something people seem to have forgotten or just looked over, but the white stuff would seem to me to be uric acid which is reptiles' way of getting rid af ammonia. Now its probably getting all plugged because it doesn't have enough energy to flush itself properly. From here you need to find a vet, not much that can really be said for you to do unless you can get a pic on here.
