info on my sick box turtle with white fluids

I got my tortoise 2 weeks ago from a chinese seafood store. Im sure it says "box" somewhere in its name. From terry's website, it looked like a spurr-thigh tortoise. sry, i meant taht the shell is 12 CM in length, and its 4.5 CM in diameter.
when i took it home, i put it in a tub in the basement with water, for the first 3 days i dont think it poped its head up.
On the 2nd week, i threw a piece of ham in, the turtle didnt eat it. But there were some sticky white stuff coming out of her anus (i think) and then it got more and mroe everyday, the turtle's having trouble opening its eyes and getting very weak, starting to mvoe slowly. So 3 days ago, i washed teh turtle, because the white stuff's very smelly. I basically pour cold water on him. Then i took it outside, the turtle didnt move AT ALL for the day. ITs head and leg and tail is in its shell.
Today, the white stuff got more and more the tortoise's now struggling to open its eyes and doesnt move its body at all.....it getting smelly everyday and the white fluid's just more and more each day
I live in California, and i cant find any vet. Sorry i cant find alot of info on him, because when i bought him, i didnt care what type, i just wanted a tortoise. i have yet to buy him a tanker, so i put it in a tub with water. I think the turtle is now turning pale...dont know why....at the store the toritoise is fine, thats why i bought him.....plz give me info--cant find vet.
