Hello,
You really need to keep all species of reptiles separate from one another, what may be a "normal bacteria" for one species to carry can be fatal to another. All reptiles (and even different subspecies of tortoises) have different immune systems and carry different germs.
Also, geckos are generally nocturnal, whereas tortosies are not, and trying to provide the habitat that each species needs is not going to work.
Any risk at all is too big a risk to take. Here we don't even mix subspecies within the same "type" of tortoise let alone house different species of reptiles together.
If you want a "Greek Tortosie, here is an excellent URL (the best IMHO) regarding the care these types of tortoises need, it is a downloadable book and is free. You may find it at:

In addition, the habitat needs of different species (of turtles) is covered more thoroughly in the URL below:
I've kept Testudo (Greek) tortoises for many, many yeares. They will NOT do well indoors, in an aquarium, etc. To remain healthy, they need fresh air, sunshine, a suitable diet, etc....the needs of a Leopard Gecko are very, very different!
Hope this helps,
Annie
