: So, yesterday I picked up my Russian, Terra, and she had this piece of dry skin kinda coming up over her eye. It wasn't actually touching it just kinda covering it up. She let me pick most of it off of her. My question is, was this just shedding of dry skin or could it be sign of another problem?
