Hi all,
Just recently got 2 juvenile Burmese brown torts( Manouria emys)
but have been unable to locate any specific care sheets for them.
They are currently being dewormed, eat well(collard greens, chicory,
some squash & carrots). I live in south Florida so they can live
outdoors most of the year.
What I'm looking for is max/min temps, proper diet, and type of
environment, i.e.; heavily planted or not, amount of sun or shade,
do they prefer burrows or to hide in plants?
Any help is greatly appreciated!!
P.S. I have plenty of experience with Redfoots, Yellowfoots, Sulcatas
and Florida Boxies.
Erich
