Typically if you are seeing nose bubbles it's not a good thing. More than likely it is a result of a respiratory ailment. I would contact a qualified reptile vet asap to be on the safe side. Check out the attached link for a vet in your area.

PS. How big is the star? If it is well into the juvenile/young adult stage you should be able to tell by the length of the tail, location of cloaca & the position of the ventral scutes on the plastron.
