This year I hibernated my 4 year old Hermanns for the first time. I chose to take him out last Sunday (3/4) since it was his first time and I didn't want to leave him in too long. He was kept at about 40-45 degrees for over 3 months. I brought him out to room temp and is kept at around 80. I soaked him soon after I got him out, but he didn't want to drink. The problem is that he isn't eating, except a couples bites of orange(his favorite)if I hand feed him. He seems real low energy which I guess is due to the fact that he hasn't eaten really since the middle of November, or maybe still functioning at a low metabollic rate. Is this normal? Did I do something wrong? Thanks for any feedback.
