I agree with the things you said about the temp gradient and the ten gallon tank. And yes I do think that UV light is expensive. I just got a new bulb and I paid 25 dollrs, and that is expensive in comparison to the heat bulb or the regular bulb. That is all I meant, it is not expensive in comparison what you need to spend to keep a tortoise. I am really not an expert, but your response really is not nice!!! You do not have to agree with me, in fact you were right, but there is no need to be rude!
