russian not eating all of a sudden...

my two russians are housed together...
I do believe they are male/female
the female is a bit larger and a total pig.she is a bully to the smaller male
if anything they would both be males(topaz has a short little tail,so i assume female)
could this be a possible reason as to why blastoise isnt eating?
what do you guys all have your basking temps at?I am trying to think of any thing that could be the cause...
I just had my baby argentine boa die and after having her stool tested,they also found the hexamita parva pathogen.(we are waiting for more tests to come back to try to find out why she passed)oh my sweet phoenix....

recently i have read that this can be pretty damaging to torts.?now w/ blast not eating,i am worried. if I go to the vet,Can I just take in a stool?what test/s should i have done?can you guys tell me how much they usually run?
I have given so much money to my vet its not even funny.I am broke now and need some ideas.I am planning on separating them.I think it may do him better.I have also been soaking him every few days.he ate a small pile of oputia the other day,but in a week thats been about it.
I could go on forever but thats the jist of it.
I dont want anything to happen to him.hes too darn sweet.....
