HELP! ANGEL'S TOENAIL COMPLETELY CAME OFF BLOODY MESS!

Help! Angel Baby's toe, 3 years old, just came out as she was scrabbling to get out of her bath. there is a little bloody stump where it once was, presumably where a new toe nail is forming. The toenail that came off is a perfect cone,ecept where it is torn a little at the base of the cone, how it must have come off.

I have to leave today on international travel!!! What do I do? What do I tell the babysitter, my sister in law to do? Should I cancel my business trip? I tried to call Marissa, but her number has changed.

Right now I have cleaned it, put bacitracin ointment on it and bandaged it up. She is eating like its no big deal, but it is obvious that little angel is favoring her other side and is trying to keep weight off her little toe on her front left leg.
