: Hi,

: I bought a product called VITAKRAFT today. It contains plants & vegies needed for turtles (carrots, raisens, spinach, dandelion, ashberries and more) so I thought that since Shelly won't eat fresh food, maybe he'll go for this softened in water. Any opinions or news on this product? Thanks!

: Patty

My red eared sliders love it, but don't get it daily because of the protein. It may be what you need to get yours going. If you purchased the tortoise type, it is relatively low in protein and may be what you need to get over the hump. Shouldn't be part of the daily diet though. Just soak a few pellets for a few seconds. It doesn't take long. Good luck.
