just keep offering it to her. My smallest sulcata ( leass than a year)isn't too intertested in opuntia or hibiscus.
He will eat a bit of hibiscus if it's mixed in with his greens.
Same with one of my juveniles, he wouldn't touch it at first, but gobbles it down now.
So just be persistent.
