Hey,
Tell us if they don;t replace the Bulb okay? I am wary of all their claims also. Using a ZooMEd one right now and I have had no problems yet.

My fluorescent UVB's are still kicking strong (albeit minus UVB 2 years later), so you would think ActiveUV would stand behind their product...hopefully they will.

: My understanding is that they have a one-year warranty. I've met them and they seem like good people.

: I'll bet they replace it for you since they advertise the guarantee as a selling point.
