I've got 5 bulbs going on 2 years.
Let me know if you have a problem resolving this. You shouldn't.

: So, I've had this ActiveUV bulb which I love...for like 5 months now or so...and one day I came home at night and it was just dead. I shook it but didn't hear any filaments rolling around so it wasn't dead in the "crapped-out heat bulb" sense...but just wouldn't work. I tried it in two other dome lamps, no dice. I then put my older ceramic bulb back in the heat lamp the UV bulb was in when it died, thinking the lamp was cooked, but the lamp still works. I'm pissed...that bulb cost close to $50 and I at least expected it to last a year....any suggestions or thoughts? I bought the bulb from a dealer (vendor) but wrote to the ActiveUV person as well..no response yet. Niki, I know you were having trouble, does any of this sound familiar?
