Hi,
First question...
Is this a hatchling or juvenile tortoise?
Second...what humidity is he being kept at?
Third, what are you using for substrate?
Four...does he have a good hiding place?
Let's start there....some of this may be normal behavior, or stress/inadequate enclosure environment.

: I just got a new yellow-foot. I've had him for two weeks now. He hasn't been moving around much. He just sits in one corner of his pen. The middle of his pen is kept at about 83 degrees farenheit. I'm really worried something is wrong with him. I took him into the vet and the vet said he was fine. He is eating and drinking but he isn't moving very much at all.
