russian dilemma

hi,
i have a 3 yr old pair of russians, and as you may remember from past problems i have had a few problems in that the male is bigger than the female and is dominant over her, which has stressed her out in the past. i have extended their run and this seems to have helped a bit. however, i noticed that someone here in the uk has a 6 yr old female for sale. my question is this: would it be better if i sold my small female and got a large female. would this eliminate the dominance problems, or would the male then just get stressed out? also, my female has a blocked nose. i cleared this with the eye of a needle, but it gets blocked again quickly. this causes her a lot of discomfort. any ideas what will clear it?
