Russian tortise feeding behavior

We recently aquired several young tortises approximately 2-3 years in age. All seem to eat well except for the Russian who spends most of his time hidden in the corner. A variety of greens, romaine, collards, bok choy, escarole, and mustard greens are offered every day. Three times a week fruits and vegetables are mixed with greens, carrot, sweet potatoes, tomatos, cucumbers, apples, grapes,and banana. The Russian does eat but very sparingly and we are a little concerned. Any suggestions?
