I keep a water bwol in my Bell's inclosure. I use on of those shallow plastic dishes you use under a potted plant. It is just the right depth and they come in different sizes. Darwin enjoys his soaks and goes in when he wants to for as long as he feels like it.
As far as food, mine eats banana, loves earth worms, watermelon, cantelope, grapes, and romaine. Pretty much anything i put in there he'll eat.
Mine used to wheeze some when he was excited. But I haven't noticed that much anymore. Kinda out grew it. I've heard from other Bell's owners that this is common in Bell's.
