I wanna tell you guys only to pay attention to the fact that when administering injection of antibiotics to so little specimens, you have to diluite the little dosage of the same with other fluid, as ringer lactate or "glucosate", to both give a sure vector to the drug(to be sure it will escape from the syringe) and to re-hidrate the body's fluid, also to prevent kidney failure common added trouble to a sick animal.
To a no-experienced eye, it may seem the injection the vet made to be full of drug only.
Only to give my thought about that, otherwise I don't think Baytril it's the best antibiotic to give to turtle\ tortoise (in my experience it's frequently high toxic reply and further may cause anorexia), and I am with all you for the rest.
