this is NOT a substrate you want ingested in even
the smallest amount, absolutely not digestable,
I can't think of a worse substrate except rusty
nails and broken glass. It's what it says, crushed
up pieces of walnut shells, if you stepped on a
piece barefoot you'd remember it for ever. It's
abrasive and gives when walked upon. You don't
want to use this stuff with torts. Possibly
desert animals requiring very low humidity
(can't mist the walnut shells), such as bearded
dragons that are definitely fed from bowls and
spend most of their time basking on limbs. niki

I'll get the weight chart up soon and we can
