I never found someone that breed them (also illegally). The only thing is that they should be incubated like other Pyxis spp. The importantest for those species is not to incubate the eggs at constant temperatures, other embryos die in the egg... Friends that breed them Pyxis arachnoides, the 3 subspecies) do so : about 3-4 monthes at 30-35°C, then 2-3 weeks at 25-30°C, ... You always have to change the incubation temperatures.
