HI, the best thing you can do is remove the babies to a different type of enclsoure which does not allow them to get in this position in the first place, easier said than done!

Often rubbermaid type containers work well. If they cannot see through glass, they tend to do this a lot less. Baby boxies do flip themselves around a lot! Also, avoid anything in the enclosure that they can climb up against which results in flipping over.
This turtle will probably learn how to "right" itself in time, as it gets a little bigger and gains strength. :-)
