Looks like a Malayan box turtle, the most aquatic of all the box turtles.
Do the stripes on her head form a V at the front?
Malayans need 50/50 water/land. They MUST have enough water to swim in, it must be deep enough for her to dive/submerge and swim. The water needs to be heated, and she must also have a land area.
Really Malayans need to have a habitat more like a red ear slider, you will need a water heater, filter, basking lamp for the land area and UV lighting.
As for diet, peas and tuna are two of the worst foods, tuna too fatty and peas too high in protein.Greens such as romaine, dandelions, chicory, fruits and veggies carrots, squash etc are a better choice. ( NOT iceburg lettuce or spinach) There is more diet info at the web site linked at the end of this post.
Please check out the link below to Mary Hopson's
Malayan box turtle site. Check out the set up/ diet and care info. You will also find many photos of Malayan turtles.
Malayan box turtles MUST have the water/land set up. A shallow water dish won't work, they need heated water deep and long enough to swim in.
Anyway check out the link below, you will find a link to Mary's email addy at her web site, at the bottom left of the linked page. Email her for much more info,I'm sure she'd be happy to help you out.
Terry.
