That'll work perfectly. Just make sure the sac does not dry out. It should take 2 to 3 days. Check it daily just to see how quickly it progresses. It is really neat. (I have a sequence of photos over a 3 day period with the leopards and the rate is pretty consistant.)

: How long should it take to absorb the yolk sac? The sac is BIG: about 1/4 - 3/8 inch thick and 1/2 inch in diameter on a 1 inch hatching. He is seriously high-centered and is not able to move. We have him in the incubator sitting in a chicken egg carton, which keeps him upright and secure.
