you didn't spark the debate, these things crop up every now and then.
Mostly this is a peaceful forum, but we can't all agree on every point all the time. Who can!
Sometimes it's hard to know from one post if you're giving advise to a newbie or a more experienced herp keeper.
So better to be safe than sorry. Advise can be misunderstood and it's the tort that will suffer, if that happens.
I'm sure your sulcata will be just fine. Experiment with the temps and see if that changes anything.
We don't all keep our torts in the exact same way, same size enclosure in the same climate etc. So what works for one person might not work for another.
And don't worry about EJ, Marissa or me most of the time we get on just fine. Or totaly ignore eachother or get into these little debates!
