Chop the food up into small pieces and mix it together. The hibiscus will stick to the romaine etc and he'll get bits of everything.
Or use a chopper thingy, as Nikki suggested.
My smallest sulcata won't eat hibiscus flowers either, so I chop them up with Romaine, endive and yellow ( crooked neck)squash. Mix it all together well, and he eats it all.
