Hi Terry,

Well, right now I have him in a cement mixing tub with a planter dish for soaking and drinking...I change the water daily. I will try other foods, like Kale or apples. He is still very small (2 inches) and I certainly don't want him to pyramid! Thanks for the info.

: try getting it to eat other foods, not just reptomin which is very high in protein.
: Try boiled chicken chopped into tiny pieces and mix in fruits/veggies.

: You can use a flat/shallow tupperware lid for baby turtles. ( easy to get in and out of).
: Or you can raise his enclosure ( if it's waterproof) slightly at one end, about an inch and fill the lower end with water.
