That's a tough question. However right now it would seem Russian Tortoises and Forest Hidgeback Tortoises. If you get a russian you will want a male as the do not grow as large and many average 5" but can get bigger, the females can get bigger up to 10". The forest hindgeback is about a 5" tortoise. Find out what one will work best for you. Russians need dry climates, next to no humidity.
