Sulcata size

my sulcata is about 1 1/2 years old and still only about 3.5" long while my brothers is only 6 months older but about 8" long. Sould i be worried or do some grow slower than others. i feed him a varied diets of greens (collards, dandoline, endive, escorole + many more) and timothy hay. calcium 2 times a weeks. proper lighting. he is very active, eats like a champ and he vet say he appears healthy. any comments......
