Supplements, and a few ?'s

What is the best supplement for a 6 month old Sulcata that is indoors w/ UV lighting?
He has alfalfa (rabbit) pellts as substrate, which he nibbles, I give him alfalfa hay. He eats mostly leafy greens. Any leafy greens. I buy a bag of mixed organic "salad" leaves for him, a different blend every week. No Iceberg! No spinach. I have tried to get him to eat other things, but so far that is all he likes! Green leaves and Alfalfa.
Is that bad?
Is there something else he would like?
I have cactus in my yard, I give him that sometimes. Is dandelion okay? I now have that also, no pesticides.
Any suggestions are welcomed.
One last thing... I have a friend with a Red Foot, and he gives his Tums. Crushed on his food. Is that a good idea?
Oh, and I tried cuttlebone, he doesn't like it. Very picky guy. I want to be sure he eats properly. Help.
