Husbandry wise, they are the same. Actually they are two different species, Geochelone pardalis (leopard) and Geochelone sulcata (you can figure it out) One comes from south to central africa and the other comes from along the equator.

: Hi people! I've been reading just about all the great stuff in this forum, but I'm still wondering if a Leopard Tort and a Sulcata are the same or not. I'm not sure what the differences are, if any.
