Indoor animals need a light dusting of Calcium that includes D3. Be certain
this is phosphorus free. You might switch to Calcium gluconate under a drs
supervision, im unsure of the dose.
Unfiltered sunlight would help but in the absence of this, consider getting
a UV heat bulb www.uvheat.com
How big/ old is this tort?
I would be wary of serving foods high in Oxylac Acids till this is resolved.
