It can be done if the enclosure is big enough but there are major health risks. Tortoises are notorious for carrying bugs that are relatively harmeless to the tortoise but can be deadly to lizards and/or snakes. Although it is not recomended it is possible with inherent risks.

: I have a small tortoise. She is about 4 inches long. I was wondering if a tortoise can live with a small lizard or something like that. Can these two live together? Are their health risks involved?
