I don't let Teddy get that cool. I use a ceramic heater,
just off center of the entrance to his hidey hay
house, and it's around 78 there then. He can go
further back if he wants to , he usually sleeps
up near the front, maybe a few inches in. I have
the ceramic heater on a thermostat, and of course
it provides no light for a good sleep.
Are you thinking like having the pig blanket inside
the cage? Depends, is it going to be tricky putting
it in or out, substrate on it, cords?? I figured
those were for big torts. You don't want it TOO
warm at night, but I believe those can be put on
a thermostat.
Where have you found pig blankets, and what size??
I was wondering about those for later.
