Mine did this to me for the first time just the other day. I was checking it out and lightly touched its nose and at made that sound. It did not withdraw and I know it does not have any respiratory problems. It is about 6 inches long. It was a really cool sound considering it was doing it out of fear or warning. (which I think it was).

: My baby sulcatta is making very quiet clicking noises only when i pick him up, is this a resp infection, I keep him quite warm, with an active UV heat lamp. And he has lost a little bit of his appetite lately.
