Hi, I believe more terrestrial than aquatic.
But needs water for drinking and soaking in.
So provide a land area and a shallow water area, until you're sure which species or sub species you have.
Don't put it in deep water unless you're sure it's aquatic, but provide some shallow water.

You can feed slugs, worms, snails, beetles,fruits and leafy greens.
The diet should be mostly herbivorous ie: Fruits, leafy greens.
But they do require some animal protein ie: Worms, slugs etc.

Try posting at the Turtle Forum for more info. I'm sure somebody with much more knowledge on wood turtles will help you there.
