Hermann's

My Hermann's tort seems to be breathing a little hard at times. The underside of his neck is distending a little when he breathes..is this normal? I noticed a little head bobbing at times but this is pretty normal behavior for him. He doesn't do this all the time and his eyes and nose are clear. He is eating..but no stool today, his urine is clear but with minimal urates. Am I getting worried for nothing?
