Very hard to tell from those photos, plus it's not really old enough to sex yet.

From the look of the tail i'd say female, but that's only a guess. As the tail didn't show up well in the photo.Plus it's still young.

One thing that did show up and yes I'm going to say it,( even if others think it shouldn't be mentioned) is that it's very pyramided.
The scutes are growing upwards and forming bumps/pyramids, it should be smooth not lumpy like that.
Unfortunately it looks quite badly pyramided.

I'm not trying to put you down, some people have no idea that a sulcatas carapace should be smooth.
Or maybe you got it already deformed like that.

Too much protein in the diet or overfeeding can cause pyramiding, not enough exercise or sunlight, or not enough access to UV lighting etc can also contribute to pyramiding.

Can I ask what you're feeding and how often?

Sorry I couldn't help you determin what sex it is,
but sulcatas can't really be acurately sexed until they're older/bigger.A clearer photo of the tail might be helpful too.
