Hi Terry,
Do us a favour please, could you when time permits, draw up a list of veg with a UK equivelent.
Only needs to be basic,just the more commonly used tort foods,eg,
Zuccini = Corgette
? = Spring greens (spring cabbage)
? = Hard white cabbage
? = cuecumber
Mustard greens = ?
etc.....
This would help some of us who read a lot of care sheets regular.
Thanks

: LOL.
: Looks like we have a forum motto,to each his own!
: Graham I'm English, born in Guildford, grew up in London and Watford (Oxhey)!
: But I've lived in the US for 9 years,it can get confusing for us Brits.
: Herbs are erbs,but Herbert is Herbert. If Herbs are erbs, why isn't Herbert Erbert? Vitamins are vytamins and try asking for Ranch dressing (in an English accent) for your salad at a drive through Mc Donalds.
: After 3 tries I yelled Raaaaaaaaanch, in my best twang!
