Sulcata baby is eating my homegrown grasses

I grew some grass (I can't believe how fast it grows) and gave Virgil some clippings and he gobbled it up. I haven't seen him enjoy eating anything as well as this. Can this be the majority of a hatchlings diet? He doesn't seem to like his mixed greens near as well and I'm concerned he is not eating enough. Still looking for the first poop.
