EJ. I specifically stated in I think it was my second post on the subject, that I wasn't out to insult anyone etc.......
I thought Graham was a bit defensive in his reply, and having gone through various debates/discusions on this forum before re: diet/pyramiding etc. I didn't want this exchange to turn into another fiasco!

But Graham posted back with no problem, I'm not upset, or words to that effect.
And I think this is probably the first time I've seen the subject discussed without us getting into a really heated debate, some resorting to name calling etc!

Still don't understand much more on the subject, but enjoyed everyone's input.
