I am so very sorry to hear about little Leo. I know how difficult it is to lose a beloved baby tortoise. Leo, in this picture, is sweet and strong-looking and I am certain that he was happy with you as his gaurdian on earth. It has been almost 3 years but I still cry when I think about our lost little Sulcata, baby Giselle (Albrecht's sister - they were both dying when I took them from the pet store). Even when the vet tells you that they are going to die, and that it will be merciful when it happens, you still pray that their little fighting spirtits will pull them out of their sickness. I'm sure that Leo is at peace now, as Giselle was, and that they can play together now in baby tortoise heaven.
