Franky,
you'll find a link to Turtle Homes at the end of this post.
They rehome hundreds of Tortoises/Turtles every year.
For Sulcatas, they only rehome them to people who live in warm states.
So if you choose to go with Turtle Homes your sulcata will enjoy a nice hot climate and outdoor living.
Marissa ( who is a regular on this forum) is with Turtle Homes so you can email her, you'll find her email addy linked in her posts at this forum.
I believe she lives in NY, so that would work well.
