Baby Sulcata

I just wanted to share a picture of my newly adopted sulcata. TCC helped me arrange to adopt this little one not so long ago...
Her name is Gertrude. She's not quite 4 inches long and weighs a little over 7 ounces. She was an apartment Sulcata and lived in a 10 gallon tank with no heat or UVB lights. Luckily, the person who got her did some research, realized that she had gotten in Way over her head, and decided to adopt Gertrude out.

The weather has been so great down here in Southeast Georgia that Gertrude has been able to spend a couple of hours outside everyday in her "new baby sulcata outdoor enclosure".

I'll always think of Gertrude as being a small part of TCC's legacy.
