The answer is easy, a nutritioal imbalance. (gotcha) Many can guess it has something to do with nutrition. My personal opinion is that it is a delicate balance between temperature, hydration and nutrition. It has been shown on many occasions if you have the heat and hydration you can still get good smooth growth with poor nutrition. Some believe it is a high protein diet...maybe but I don't think so. I'm pretty convinced it has to do with temperature, hydration and calcium metabolism.
