1. Sulcatas are active inquisitive tortoises, sleeping
all the time is NOT normal. Can you describe how he's
being kept in more detail (cage size, heating, light,
and what you feed him) please, this may help figure
out a possible reason he's acting this way apart from
actual illness. Are there any other "symptoms"??
2. Please wait until you get more experience with
you current tortoises before considering getting yet
another one. This is a very common mistake people make
getting too many too soon. With some animals like
tarantulas, geckos or snakes, it's not that tricky,
but tortoises especially redfoots and sulcatas require
tremendous amounts of space and care. Don't think
of them in their baby state only now. Please wait.
