It is about that time to bring my Red Foots indoors for a few months until it heats back up outside. I used to use the pellets as bedding, but they are so messy and mold very quickly when the get wet. I switched to Zoo Med Repti Bark because I read it was good for reptiles which require high humidity settings. IS THIS A GOOD BEDDING FOR MY RED FOOTS? My 6 month old Red Foot, Rosa, kept trying to eat the bark. It says on the bag that if this happens it is a sign of vitamin deficiency. DO I NEED TO BE CONCERNED HERE? I just started my torts on Rep Cal Herptivite Multivitamins powder. I only sprinkle their food with it very lightly once a week. IS THIS THE RIGHT AMOUNT TO BE GIVING THEM? AND WHAT ABOUT THE REP CAL CALCIUM, HOW OFTEN SHOULD THEY BE GIVEN THAT? I am paranoid about the care of my torts, and just want to make sure I'm doing everything right. Thanks for your help.
