The diet suggestions below are great. The temps are not. I highly recomend the temps not go below 75. Especially with a sulcata.
Also look into a larger water dish. You can find a 2 inch ceramic flowerpot saucer at any plant shop. these make good dishes.
If you are limited to store bought greens try to mix them up. You do not want to feed any one thing for any length of time. Also if the produce is is limited this time of year look into the foods put out by Walkabout Farm. It's probably the best you can do in a prepared diet.
