It's possible, but I'm probably sure it doesn't contain UVB rays...probably just UVA if any UV rays are present. However, I'd be skeptical that even if they do, they don't contain the right ratios for animal keeping. I wouldn't recommend using those at all in fact. Stick with something we know is good, such as the ActiveUV bulb (heat and UVB combo) or if you can't afford that or don't want a combo bulb, I would say the Reptisun 5.0% bulb by ZooMed is really good, but I've also heard good things about the Desert 7% (never used it though)
