Hi,
visit sulcata station, I've linked it below.
You can feed dandelions, hibiscus flowers and leaves, mulberry leaves, opuntia cactus (prickly pear dethorned) endive, romaine, watercress, chicory,.
But always offer a variety, don't stick to one type of food, offer a variety at every feeding.
If the tortoise in indoors for the winter add ground up Timothy Hay, or Orchard Hay to the greens so it gets the fibre it needs.Or add in some fresh grass , cut some from your yard with scissors, cut into small pices and mix it in with the greens.
Don't feed spinach, iceburg lettuce, bok choy, chard, cabbage, brussel sprouts, beans, peas, corn or other veggies. Stay away from pelleted tortoise food as well, too high in protein. And no fruit for sulcatas either.
Here's some web sites you might find interesting.
Most of these sites have email lists you can subscribe to. It's free and a great way to get in touch with other tortoise people, and get some great advise.
Look for links at the web sites to join the email/discussion lists.Explore the web sites well, there's lots of care/diet info etc.
Hope this helps, post again if you have more info.
